God’s love for us and his nature with him guiding us and being The Lord of our lives providing as we move forward.

The way God shows his everlasting love and steadfast faith for us is amazing and can be overwhelming at times. We are told and promised that through the fact Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior died and then rose from the dead, we have God’s love accessible to us anytime we need it. It is through this that we can experience God’s love and guidance in our life all day everyday as we are supposed to knowing that he will lead us and guide us through this life. We are shown and reminded throughout psalm 23 that The Lord is our shepherd and good Father, giving us what we need so that we many not lack anything to help us through life. Often times, what we need will come right when we need it doing what he has called us to do out of faith and not letting things get in our way. As a good shepherd does, God looks after those whom he cares for and who follow him, like a good shepherd will look after their sheep, so does God with his children.

God does this by providing us with what we need and when we need it, not making it too early or too late in what we are doing for him. Everything will come at just the right time as the right proportions of what we need in order to accomplish these tasks. God may even bless you more than you could imagine or need of what you have praying for and been asking for a quite some time. In order to satisfy our soul’s hunger and thirst, we are told, explained, and shown how God hosts a feast for us in order to bring satisfaction to our soul. He does this in the presence of those who do not want us, persecute us, and are our enemies; preparing the feast for us to show that he is in control and that we win through Jesus’ death and resurrection. Through this part of the psalm, we are also comforted knowing that God will be right with us in any and all storms that life throws at us.

As Jesus was with the disciples in the storm where they freaked out and said they are going to die, we know that God will lead us through these storms. We are told and promised that in the valley of the shadow of death, he will with us holding us and leading us through it all. When facing you storms and battles in life, do not lose sight of God and what he ca do and what he has done for you and others. He will help you through like he has to you and many others many times before reminding you that he is Lord over all things. He can calm the storm that you are in, or he may simply calm you and remind you that he is with you and that with him you can and get through this tough life battle. God will guide you and lead you, there is no more overthinking your life and what you need to do and how you need to do it in order to make something of your life. Seek God in prayer and simply obey what he asks you to do and do it when and how he tells you to do it like he did with Moses and the Israelites for the tabernacle.

Moses didn’t have to design the tabernacle from the ground up thinking of how to please God with it, God told him the design. All Moses had to do was simply obey and build it with the materials and things that God had provided and said to use in its construction, no design input from Moses was necessary, just straight obedience. The tabernacle was a representation of a home for God on earth, there is no way a human mind could come up a holy enough design for such a thing, all Moses could was build it exactly how God wanted it. Sometimes, we can caught up in trying to design our calling and future that we miss the part where God tells us to stop trying to figure it out and listen to him because he has figured it out. Sometimes, we can be afraid that the calling and things he has for us is something we will not enjoy or like to do therefore we feel like a slave more than everything. This is a lie, we are set free from the slavery of sinful natures in our lives and made free within Jesus and covered by his blood.

Jesus’ blood comes from him being our Savior on top of being our Lord, we are to listen and follow him entirely. Don’t get discouraged when it seems like the calling he has for you will make you feel more like a slave than anything because you are worried it won’t be something you enjoy. God will take care of it all, you just have to listen and watch as he changes things and your desires for what you want to do for your life and what he needs you to accomplish for the Kingdom. Jesus entered the eternal tabernacle by the spilling and sacrifice of his blood and his blood alone, and we have that same blood when we accept him as such, our Lord and Savior. So, go to him and repent of your worldly ways and let him wash you off clean with his blood from your sins, let him help you have the best life that he can provide for you.

We can think so often that we can make the best lives for ourselves when in reality, that is only possible through God alone. We can act like we were at the meeting with God discussing and suggesting ideas for the future he has for us when we weren’t there to begin with. So, trust him with your future and let him guide you and come up with the ideas and give you the desires. Sometimes, he may give you an idea to pray about and let him do the work to help you through your hard times showing you that as always, he is still in control and still loving you regardless. Am I saying to not pray about your desires in anyway? No, still pray for those things that may come up as a desire and see what kind of answer you get, just allow him to answer the way he needs to because he is either preparing you something better in store. As always, may God bless you and keep you with his love and protection, Amen!!!!
