God can and will do the impossible for what he has planned for you

In life, we will encounter situations and circumstances that we will try to face, fix, and do on our own with our own strength and our own understanding. God will make a way for you to accomplish something when you do not see a way or how he could accomplish the task; this is where we need to remember to not take over and let God do what he does best and make the impossible possible. If God made a promise to you, know he will make it happen regardless of what you see; he promised both Abraham and Sarah a son and yet they tried to do it the only way they saw. So often, we will try to get the promise or the blessings God he would give us by our own means and understanding; Sarah and Abraham are perfect examples for when God promised them their son Isaac. They tried to get it accomplished by means of their understanding of Abraham sleeping and impregnating Hagar, they thought this how God wanted it to be accomplished. We must let go of control and let God take over and do what he said he would do by not interfering with him in anyway and just wait patiently and faithfully knowing that he is in control.

The biggest lie we often tells ourselves is that we have the strength to face certain temptations ourselves while God is waiting for us to ask him for help. We need help, his help, in order to stay out of the worldly things that tempt us each and every day that we are on this planet for the world wants you to leave God in order to fall into your sin again. It is not too hard for The Lord to help us and to avoid these temptations as long as we ask him daily for help and when we feel the temptation getting to us, ask him their to strengthen or to take the battle for you. Avoid people who try to get you to sin, they will sound soothing and will have a soothing and compelling voice; avoid them for they are wolves in sheep’s clothing trying to get you to fall backwards from God and start doing worldly things. We are called to live like how Jesus did, rebuking the temptations and knowing that the world is evil with its sinful desires and its lack of repentance and submission to God.

We are told to put Jesus’ words and commandments into action, first loving The Father with all our heart, all of our mind, and all of our soul. The second is to love your neighbor as yourself, in a sense treat people how you want to be treat. You may think that is a high bar and high command to accomplish and it is, for a reason, the standard is to show us that we will need God in every turn, breath, and step we make to accomplish even the simplest commandment he gives us. We are called to walk the narrow path where there is no room for jealousy, hatred, pride, unforgiveness, and dishonesty. Except, the road is one of humility, honesty, love, forgiveness, being pure, having integrity, while seeking first the kingdom and then trusting and knowing that everything else you need will be added on alter as the time comes. On this road, seek God for his character and love for you, his presence, not the things he can give you or his presents; ask him to show himself out of love and genuine heart and to clean up your mind and heart to switch around your ideas and desires. As he is doing these things, you may have different dreams, goals, desires, and new ways of things in your life that he has switched around. He may call you to do something in faith or promise you something and yet you do not see how it can happen, trust him in these times and in difficult times as well.

When trusting God with a promise he has made, he will confirm that promise numerous times over all we have to do is be patient and obey. You may ask “how can he do this, I don’t see how he could”, does God use human standards to accomplish things? Is he restricted by human means? No. God promised Abraham and Sarah a son at their old age, and what did Sarah do? She laughed; she laughed and said “After I am worn out and my lord (Abraham) is old, will I now have this pleasure?” After she knew she was caught, she tried to lie to God about what she had said which does not work. Trust God entirely for nothing is too hard or difficult for him since he does not work within the constraints of the world of human means and understanding.

In conclusion, do not worry about anything in life from food, to finances, to clothes, to what you will be doing the next day. In the end, trust God and seek him out and everything else will be given unto you. Yes, plan ahead for things and bring them to God, however, do not worry ahead like how the world does and being restless and tired all the time. Bring your plans to God and deal with it as it comes up, for we cannot not add hours to our life worrying, if anything we lose those hours of our life one way or another. Yes, not worrying is a hard concept to almost everyone because we worry all the time, we need to recognize when we a burdened with concerns and bring them to God. Pray everyday and bring your burdens to him and know he hears every word so do not constantly babble about on subject, consistently praying for something and know he has heard it and has taken it into consideration. Love him entirely because has loved us entirely first and know everything will be Okay, Amen!
