God will guide your steps as you follow him in step and trust him in those steps regardless of what happens.

The Lord is our guide on top of being our protection and our soul’s first lover and out creator. The Lord will guide us to where he wants us to go and what he wants us to accomplish and do in this life in order to fulfill his will that he set out to do. Journeys take planning, consideration, and guidance in order to know where you are meant to go and how you are supposed to get there lest you get lost and take more time than needed to reach your destination. In this life, in order to reach the destination that we need to get to and in the appropriate amount of time, we must turn to the one who knows the way, path, and obstacles and has everything planned out. We must turn to God for his love, protection, comfort, and most importantly guidance to do the will he has set us to accomplish for the kingdom of Heaven, Amen.

The first step in following God’s directions is to first seek him in prayer and reading the word and then asking for him to guide you and to show you the steps he wants you to take. These steps might and will require faith and will seem scary, however, his blessings are on the other side along with the provisions and needs that you will require. These steps will also require us to let go of control. To let go of control over our finances, our minds, our hearts, our wants, and our needs but to instead relinquish the controls over to God and to trust him with all of these things knowing that he will not let us down and will let us falter. The biggest fear of losing control for me is I won’t be able to do what I like to do in the will he has set for me. This itself is hindering me because I white knuckle my desire to do what I like as rest and as a way to creatively express myself; here I am right now though giving up that control and taking the cross I need to bear in order to do what he needs me to do.

We are also given these directions that Jesus our Lord and Savior gave, in order to have a God centered life and to live a life pleasing to him. They include not looking lustfully, not having a grudge, do not speak anger but speak blessing, do guard our eyes, return evil with good, and to not swear by anything for that is a pagan act. These are all to keep us holy and safe from the demons that roam the earth while keeping us righteous for the life The Lord has for us. This life and walk with God will require stillness in order to hear his voice along with trusting him especially when it comes to leaps of faith. These leaps may be to move somewhere else and not have a solid job or place to stay or to start something like a business or ministry with very little money and next to no actual experience or running either. Regardless of what it is, we will encounter many things the enemy will try to use to discourage us, to make us slip back, and to stop us from accomplishing said tasks given to us.

So, in conclusion, regardless of what the assignment over your life is, if it be a business owner, artist of some sort, pastor, or just someone who raises a family faithfully and guides them to Jesus. Jesus will always be right there helping us through the mud, the jungle, the storms, and the famines we may encounter both physically and spiritually. All we have to do is to lean on him and to hold on to him knowing he will get us through and knowing he will provide. Being our Heavenly Father and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ will protect you, love, and provide for you the whole time while working on you in order to elevate you. Jesus will elevate you to the proper position he needs you in for the right seasons all we have to do is to trust him.

Trust him with everything, your strength, mind, heart, soul, and spirit. God will never let you down for he always makes sure his promises are fulfilled in his timing and his doing. Trust him and knowing every little thing will be alright and the work he starts within us he is responsible for and will continue doing. This work will not finish until the second of Christ, in Jesus name Amen!
