Being generous with our things and with our words like Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior

Being generous, we all like generous people because of what they do and what they say to us and how they treat us when we do not deserve it. Generosity stems from the heart of the person, being loving and kind to anyone and everyone despite backgrounds and beliefs. Generosity can be them helping you, giving their time for others, and many other things because of who their heart belongs to and who they are as a person. Generosity is a fruit of The Holy Spirit, something we all have been given when we call on Jesus’ name and accept him as our Lord and Savior of our life. We obtain the Holy Spirit and through him he begins to work within us in order to bear the fruit of him, one being generosity.

Generosity can be various things from giving money and possessions to those who need it, to speaking nicely and loving to people despite who they are. We can be generous and loving because God is generous and loving toward us, pouring out both to us in order to share it with others. We are given numerous things through God’s generous out pour of these things and of his Spirit that he gives each of us when we accept him and allow him to change us. One being the anointing we have through the Spirit in order to accomplish the tasks assigned to us from God. We obtain this anointing from God and through it he provides generously to us, allowing us to lack nothing of what we need in order to live the life he has for us. Through the Spirit we must also speak kind and loving words to each other despite what we have done to each other, for God loves us each of us equally, wishing for us to love each other the same as well.

Through this anointing and speaking loving words, we will obtain the authority necessary in order to complete the tasks given to us. This authority comes from the same Holy Spirit that rose Jesus from the grave, and when we use it, we will face backlash from the world. The world will get upset and mad when you start preaching of The Good News, yet we have been anointed in order to have the authority to help those who need it through the gracious words God will use through you. This can lead to many teachings that can help those who have been needing to hear about the Gospel to help them through life, know that God does care and love for them. Do not worry about how or when God will do this for you, his calling for you will come to fruition through his gracious giving of his provision.

All God asks us to do is to have faith that he will provide and in a gracious amount when the time arises for each occasion. When you feel that he is telling you to do something, whether it be starting a business, go to a place, or start that career, take it and watch for his guidance as the Israelites did. They followed God by day and night, by cloud and fire, following closely in order to make sure they don’t lose sight. When you face a problem, look to him and do not lose sight of what he can do for he is bigger than the giant-sized problems we will have in life, believe in his promises that he has made to you. God will not back down from his promises when you face a problem that is bigger than you thought, he will be gracious and see you through it, helping you to make the right decisions.

In all, God’s Generosity is why we can be generous and gracious to others when we encounter them in our day-to-day life. We can do this because he does it to us all the time, allowing us to help those who are lost and need to find him as their savior. Not all people are bad if they do not believe, some are seeds waiting for his water of the Gospel to sprout them up in order to grow into something magnificent. Be generous, throw someone some of the water we have from God, and if its someone who has been just waiting, watch as they grow into something beautiful. God will provide the things that you need graciously and abundantly. May God bless you and keep you safe and protected, amen!
