God’s favor on your life and how to respond to it with faith and worship.

Favor, everyone wants favor on their lives from work, to school, to family things and so on, so much so that we will try almost anything to obtain such favor. Favor can be hard to obtain from others in many senses from lack of trust and faith to still earning your way to said favor. We will try so hard to look favorable in the eyes of the world and others that we can miss the fact that we are already favorable to God himself. When Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior died on that cross for us, we earned not just the love and forgiveness of God, we also earned his favor for our lives. We have to live our lives knowing that God has already made us favorable in his eyes if we just obey and listen to him, fear him, and love him.

In order to experience his favor, run to him and take refuge in his arms and wings, allow him to show you and give you the life that he has for you. We are told to taste the favor and blessings that God has stored for us, it may look odd and something that wouldn’t be good, but God will make it turn for your good. In order to also experience these favors and blessings, we must also pray daily and consistently, and if you want to experience a big favor, pray a prayer that would make you feel uncomfortable if it happened. God’s favor may come in the oddest way that you could have thought of, from something happening in order to have what you prayed for to it happening when you least expect it. The response of such favor is normally and should be praise to God, no matter where or what is happening, praise for an answered prayer.

You may favor in a specific area, yet you are afraid to move anywhere in that area because of various reasons. Praise be to God that you can pray and ask for the strength and ability to move with The Holy Spirit in order to have such fear for God’s perfect love overcomes fear. And when you are experiencing these favors, believe for them to happen and believe with faith that what you prayed for will come to fruition in due timing. Mary, Jesus’ mother, believed what she was told by her Angel that she would have a son, the Son of God, and told the Angel whatever The Lord will may it happen to her. She believed that she would bear the Son of God, and yet it happened just as she was told, yes she has a rough patch because of her status, yet she did not give up her faith and it paid off. Having favor from God doesn’t mean all of your problems will go away, if anything you might get more problems from the world and the enemy, yet you can still have faith God will bless it if he let it happen.

We do not have to wait to experience God’s favor, you are able to today with The Holy Spirit dwelling within you, helping you to do what is God’s will. The Holy Spirit isn’t just the only person who can share this experience with, we can and should share it with those around us, especially people who are a bit further ahead in their journey with God. Trusting and entrusting people with the news we have can help them and us, we can use it to encourage them, and they can use it to encourage us in order to keep pushing despite what is happening around us. It is always good to have Godly friends and people around us who can share their experiences with us to help us through both good and bad times. This goes back to we aren’t supposed to be alone in this lie with no friends or human interaction, we need people as God did create community to help us carry out his will.

Th Favor of God is always on you, pray for what you believe God has placed on your heart and ask for guidance through The Holy Spirit. Always be there for others and even if no one is there for you, ask God to be there with you and sit there with you if you are going through tough times, knowing that every storm has an ending to it. Five minutes of prayer is better than none if that is all you are able to do that day, yet he still will love you and have his favor on you. Do not forget what he has done for you and the favorable acts he has done for you in the past. Your season of waiting will be over, just remind yourself of what he has done and know everything will be ok. My God bless you and keep you warm and safe under his wings and show you his favor on and in your life, Amen!
